Can Blood Exposure During A Procedure Lead To HIV Infection?

Doctor...last month My grand mother was died....She was only takecare childhood onwards...i only did our tamilnadu traditional procedures...That time I gone body burning procedure Hall....That employee when Cutting coconut his finger slightly cutted..and came some amount of blood..That time 2 drop of blood touching in my finger.he looking like aids patient....actually in my child hood onwards my most of the finger(upper nail)automatically pealing and healing themself..That time, my finger having some burning sensation..but not come any blood in my finger...after i washed my finger doctor...within few weeks i have heavy fever..so i gone doctor..doctor wrote blood test..(WBC,CRP,Urine routine)..That time i have Low lymphocytes 10.7%.normal value 20% to 40%....and high granulates 85%...Normal value mentioned 50 to 70%..WBC 7500..platelet count 2.3 lakhs....and CRP Rating is 10.7...2 month before my CRP was only 1.3...suddenly got high..my doctor said it is acute viral infection..within few days it will settle down...now fever gone...But still i cannot repeat that CRP test..bcoz only 9 days gone when got fever..now i feared lot doctor...how much time living hiv blood outside the body...actually i never precausions followed that time of insident..that means wearing glowes etc.
