Can Boiled Eggs Be Taken While Suffering With Flu?

I have the flu. It started about 24 hours ago. I haven't eaten anything since then, and have only had water to drink. Can I eat hard boiled eggs? Despite still feeling pretty crappy, I don't feel nauseous anymore, and I have sort of a craving for hard-boiled eggs.
