Can Breast Implant Cause Miscarriage And Lump Under The Nipple?

I'm 34 years old and i have breast implant for the last 14 years without a problem. Back in February i had a miscarriage and since them i have pain in my left breast and i found a little lump under the nipple and i have pain even in my arm some times. is that normal?
