Can Broken Arm Cause Any Re Occurrence Of Tumor In Ovary?

My wife had a tumor on the right ovary and had a total hystorectomy and was diagnosed stage 2 as the tumor broke when removing it. She was given 6 rounds of chemo with taxol and carboplatin and is now 3 years out with no signs of re occurance had regular ct scans and mri but his past week she fell on ice and broke her arm had a plate and screws put in so my question is is there any increased re occurance because of this? I feel really stupid asking but it came to my mind. Thank You
