Can Cancer And An Epididymal Cyst Occur Simultaneously, And What Are The Treatment Options For The Cyst?

Hi can we have both cancer and epididymis cyst at the same time because docter told me i have small cyst in testis but i can also feel hard mass in testis below the cyst please help me on this problem and remedies to cure cyst what can be done please reply
