Can Change In Eating Habits Cause Burning Sensation In Stomach?

I have changed my eating habits and have noticed that I have had this burning sensation in my stomach area. I noticed it the earlier part of last week. Could it be something in the Black Rice or should I be concerned about something serious. One more thing, I had my Gallbladder removed in 2013.
