Can Change In The BC Pill Intake Cause Pregnancy?

i have been taking the microgynon 30 pill for nearly 12 months without ever missing a pill, i took my pill at 7:00am on tuesday morning forgot to take my pill on wednesday morning and took it at 7:30pm wednesday night, so im just over the 12 hour mark. i then took my pill this morning as normal can i get pregnant or will i still be protected by the pill even though it was late?
