Can Change In The Intake From Pill Pack Cause Any Side Effects?

Hi,
i took my pill yesterday but i took it from the wrong end of the pack both ends were a Monday so i took a pill today from the Monday slot the i should have taken it from in the first place and put Tuesdays pill in the slot of the last Monday of the pack to replace taking it yesterday did i do it right or should i take that pill today.
