Can Chemotherapy Cause Itchy And Dry Finger And Knuckle?

about a month ago, I started getting dry skin on the lower knuckle of my right ring finger, then it turned red with a tiny bump that eventually became itchy...not my ring finger is covered with these tiny red bumps, that seem to fill with a clear fluid and my skin becomes very, very dry but burns...it also is on my palms of my hand and between my index fingers and my thumbs, climbing up one side of my thumbs and down the other..the itching is keeping me awake all nite and my right finger always burns. Had chemo and radiation that ended in spring of 2005, could this be another side effect from that?
