Can Cherry Angiomas Cause Larger Red Spots?

I have numerous red spots omn my arms and legs, and I believe they are simple cherry angiomas. However there is one very dark red spot that is larger than the others and has been getting a bit bigger and darker recently. Is it also probably just a dark cherry angioma?
