Can Chlamydia Cause Delayed Periods?

i havnt gotton my period for 58 days now. i started my birth cntrol wen i was suposed to get my period a month ago. but i still havnt gotton it. and i am postive for clamidia rite now. and not on meds yet due to no money. i got a pregnancy test alreay but it came out negative from the doctos. wat else could it be?
