Can Chlorsig Be Used For Healing The Scar Due To Cut Of Melanoma Out Of Chest?

A lady at work was told by a plastic surgeon after having a skin cancer cut out to use chlorsig on her scar and apparently it healed really well and quickly. I have recently had a melonoma cut out of my chest and would like to keep the scaring to a minimum. What do you think ?
