Can Cipladine Powder Be Used To Reduce Pimples?

Helo doc am 27yr old i get pimples on my face mostly when i eat food items which increases my body heat. i dont want to use any ointments on my face and take any tablets but can i use cipladine powder to reduce my pimples. does it work ? this cipladine podwer has 5% povidone iodine and 5% cipla.
