Can Circumcision Be Performed For Tight Foreskin On Penis?

hi .. i am 28 years old .. and i got married a year back..

i am able to have sex with my wife without any issues on a regular basis. i have foreskin in my penius which got damanged little yesterday night when i had a intercourse last time.. because of which i had some bleeding.. is it advised to go for circumcision at this age ? will it be a problem ?
