Can Cirrhosis Still Be Possible If My LFTs Have Normalized But Platelets Have Dropped, Despite An Ultrasound Showing Only Fatty Liver?

After having abnormal very high LFT results for months, everything on my LFT and CBC is now in normal range, but my platelets have rapidly dropped and are now below normal. Can cirrhosis still be a possibility even if my LFT has improved steadily for months and an U/S 3 months ago showed fatty infiltration and inflammation but no scarring nor lesions? If not, what else may have caused the platelet count drop?
