Can Cleaned And Sanitized Razor Cause Any Infection?

hello. I bought a used safety razor at an antique store. I brought it home and scrubbed it with a toothbrush using dawn dish washing liquid. Then i submerged the safety razor(not the blade), in 91% alcohol for an hour. Then the next day i submerged the safety razor in an solution of barbicide (2 oz of barbicide to 32% of water) i left it in the solution for 20 minutes. Of course i purchased new blades before i used the safety razor. My question is, do I have anything to be concerned about. For example HIV , Hepatitis, or any other things that could be transmitted. I Did accidentally cut my self while shaving so I am very worried. Please set my mind at ease
