Can Cold And Itchy Sores Occur On Buttocks Cheeks?

Can you get coldsores on your bum cheeks? I keep getting kind of blistery patches on my bum and they get really itchy very like a coldsore? They are really irritating and starting to get me down if not what else could it be and how do i get rid/treat?
