Can Cold Cause Numbness In Left Side Of Head?

I have a stiff neck and numbness on my left side of my head (back & front) and the left side of my face is cold for about 3 weeks. I did a MRI, scanning and all came clear. Could this be juse a cold? I have often headaches(half side of head) that started from my neck but usually in the past it went away by taking 2 arpirines and I never had numbeness in my face.
