Recently my room has been cold and I've been having the worst nightmares imaginable. I'm 17 and I've always thought nightmares would stop at a certain age, but low and behold I had an excruciatingly tragic nightmare, come to figure out I had a fan blowing on me causing me to be cold.
I've heard that cold temperatures can give you nightmares, is this a myth?
