Can Comedo Be Permanently Removed By Surgery?

i want to know about any surgery for blackheads removal that will permanently remove them. it is very embarrassing for me to be with people as someone always comments on them. they are very unsightly. i have a fair complexion so they are even more ugly. the cost of procedure isn't an issue. just tell me where to go and what to do. i live in India near New Delhi. i am 21M
