Can Contents Of Vyvanse Be Poured In Bottle And Consumed?

I have decided to titrate my Vyvanse by pouring the contents in a water bottle. so my question is, how often (every 30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, etc) should i take a drink (sip, gulp, etc) of the water throughout the day as to evenly distribute the contents?
