Can Contraceptive Pill Cause Milky White Discharge?

I recently had unprotected sex and immediately after, within 20 minutes, I took the emergency contraceptive pill. About a day later I had white milky discharge. It has since gone away but I think it will come back or I haven t checked enough to see if it fully stopped. Can the contraceptive cause this?
