Can Contraceptive Pills And Warfarin Be Taken Within A Short Interval?

A couple of days ago I forgot to take my pills. I took them about 4:30 in the afternoon instead of 9or10 in morning. I take Warfarin. Then I took my night pills about 10 that night. I do not take Warfarin at night. So next morning I take morning pills about 10. Question....today I have blood in my urine. Could this be caused y taking Warfarin too close together?
