Can Contraceptive Pills Suffice To Prevent Pregnancy?

hi. i had sex on the 4th day of my periods and had contraceptive pill also. then my periods stretched more than usual ie..., around 10 days. now this time i didnt get my periods. i did pregnancy test with pregnancy strips but the result came negetive. but i havent got my periods yet. what do i do now?
