Can Contrast Dye For MRI Scan Cause Tachycardia?

I Am scheduled for an mri, I have a heart arrhythmia, ct scans with contrast, nuclear hear scans, and pet scans with contrast have caused me to go into tachycardia in the past, was taken to the ER once because of it durin g a test. I am afraid,I will have the same reaction with dye from the mri test, should I worry
