Can Copper Coil IUD Cause Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding And Lower Back Pain?

Hi, I dont know where else to turn. I started with heavy bleeding after having the copper coil in place for 2 years. i was soaking a tampon every 30 mins at my worst times. i was on iron tablets for 3 months due to anaemia. i have bad lower back pain, i did have pelvic pain but that seems to have gone now. my ca125 levels were 34, then they raised to 46. i have since had my copper coil removed and replaced with a mirena coil. i have had one period since which was very light and painless. i have had a hysteroscopy and awaiting results. ultrasound could not see the ovaries. i have 2 children. i have a bmi of around 43. i am type 2 diabetic. i have an MRI booked for wednesday. do you think that the copper coil could cause all of these problems?
