Can Cow Milk And Khichdi Be Given To A 7 Month Old Baby?

hi, my daughter weight is kg she was premature on 7th month. out of 24 hours in a day she just sleep hardly 10hours currently her age is 7.5 months. Please help me what to do for making her sleep much. also her weight is not gaining. her birth weight was 870 grams. Currently we give her direct cows milk,khichdi and ragi .
