Can Crushed And Broken Toes Due To Repair Of Shattered Discs Be Repaired?

I have a very problematic back. 4 shattered discs that had to be repaired with a lot of metal, hinges, doner bone and bone from one of my hips. It didn t turn out too bad, except for the pain if I try to stand. My left leg is two inches shorter now. My problem is that I need to stand when I work. I wonder if I could get some of my crushed and broken toes fixed to help with leveling my balance. I know toes are important, so would having a few straight toes help me stay on my feet long enough to get some work done. Thank you for any response you choose to help me with. Lois Richard
