Can Cyst Cause Headache?

I had a cyst on my face for about 10 years without realising. I would get headaches and didn't know why. About a year ago it formed into a pimple and drained out. Now I have very loose skin on one side of my face, it looks like I had a stroke or something. It has been a year and has not changed much, I can still see the outline of where the cyst was on my cheek. Will it get better?
