Can Dark Blood Spotting, Headache And Cramps Indicate Pregnancy?

okay, so i haven't started my period yet, and im bleeding very light barely any blood at all, but its very dark blood, and ive been having headaches and cramps but its not like period cramps, and my fiance and i have been trying to have a baby, could i be pregnant or going thru a miscarriage?
