Can Delay In Testing Semen Sample Cause Low Motility Result?

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. We were pregnant last year, but I had a miscarriage at 6wks. My husband recently had a sperm analysis done a couple weeks ago. His sperm count was normal, however his sperm motility was not normal. He collected his sample at 6am, I did not get it to the lab until 7:30am, they did not test until later that morning. Could this delay affect the motility result?
