Can Delayed Periods After Stopping Norethisterone Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hi. My doc prescribe me norethisterone 5 mg to delay my period for a month while on holiday. I had unprotected sex with my husband and I am off the pill for 2 weeks now and still no periods. The leaflet said periods should start 3 days after stop taking pill I'm worried I might be pregnant. Is it a possibility to be pregnant.
