Can Delayed Periods, Painful Vagina With HPT Negative Mean Pregnancy?

I'm not sure if I'm pregnant..my period is 2 weeks late but I've taken 4 pregnancy tests and they were all negative...I have no signs of pregnancy besides my period being late...I do have extreme vaginal pain though and I was wondering what could be wrong
