Can Dent On Head And Auditory Processing Disorder Be Related?

I got a dent on the right side of my head. I researched it was the temporal lobe that could be affected. Not sure if my parents dropped me, but they told me I have Auditory Processing Disorder which I agree with. However, I am wondering if its this part of the brain that could be affected. Its very close to my tempal. I'd say its about 2 thumbs in length and a little bit deep.
