Can Dermatographia Be Onset? I Was Looking At My Legs

Can dermatographia be onset? I was looking at my legs and was lightly poking him with a set of metal tweezers a little while later I noticed that my legs started to itch I pulled up my pant leg and I had bumps wherever the tweezer met contact with my skin almost like they were mosquito bites. I think decided to write an H on my leg to see if they would do anything in about 23 minutes later the H bubbled up and was visible on my skin is wondering if this could dermatographia or if I just have an allergic reaction to the metal tweezers so I tried it with the tip of a pen and it didn't work
