Can Deviated Nasal Bone Cause Mucus In The Throat And Nose?

i have been suffering from this weird problem for two months now..throat musuc and nasal droppings.i have to forcefully spit it out. its embarrasing. i have got my ct done for my nose. its says my nasal bone is slightly deviated. my nostrils are blocked most of the time. if its happening coz of this deviation then why frm two months only. i never suffererd this before. how to get rid of this. itsawful. it irritates me liek hell at night. it always feel that somethng is stuck at the back of my throat. pls help.
