Can Diet And Exercise Regulate BP In Patient With Bicuspid Aortic Valve?

HI Doctor, My BP is always on higher side 150/100. I am a heart patient as i having BICBS instead of TRICUBS valves. My doctor said this is my normal BP since u have this problem. Can I reduce my BP to the normal by controlling my diet and exercise ? if Yes what are they ?
