Can Diet Changes Alone Normalize My High Glucose, Cholesterol, Triglycerides, ALT, And GGT Levels?

Hai Doctors, I am from India. My report says that I have high in glucose (109 mg/dL), border line cholesterol and triglycerides ( 218 and 358 mg/dL respectively), high in ALT and GGT (54 and 71 U/L). I have to inform you that past two months i was taking 7 up drinks with beer and fried chicken in weekly once rarely twice. Weekly once i take red meat. Remain days with rice with vegetable. After saw my report, i stopped the drinks and fried chicken and started to eat fruits, vegetable salad, chappathi and bread, fish and drinks water 2L/ every day. weekly twice rice with vegetable. Is it ok as to come normal or I should take some tablets with doctor prescription. How many days, it will take to get normal level. Thanks in advance for your comments.
