Can Dizziness Be Due To A Spot In Pancreas?

I'm a 41 year old female. starting yesterday morning I have been extremely dizzy and have even fallen due to the room "spinning". I have also started feeling very sick to my stomach. A spot was found on my pancreas 2 weeks ago. Can this have anything to do with it? If not what could it be?
