Can Doing Squats Cause Lower Abdominal Pain While Having Endometriosis?

Can doing Squats really hurt if you possibly have Endometriosis? (everytime i do a squat i get a sharp pain in the lower abdominal area) I will be going to the doctors to get this checked soon, i've always had random pain in that area and have been to the hospital countless times for it to be told "they don't know whats wrong", i am very worried.. im only 21 years old.
