Can Dry Skin Caused Dermatitis Be Treated Completely?

I have a dermatitis in my hands due to severe dry skin, but although I use topic creams I still can t find a cure. I tried with fluocinonide cream and diprosone but the relief is temporary. I am 42, 167 pounds and my father suffered from the same problem
