Can Duphaston Cause Cramps And Nausea?

I had 2x Duphaston for 10 days. and it finished on 1st of June. Still I did not get my periods. I had my pregnancy test with the kit and showed negative. Now I am having stomach cramping and vomiting sensation What is the reason? and what should I do now.
