Can Ear Infection Cause Problem In Legs?

My 9 Month daughter is degonised with left ear infection yesterday and Doctor ordered her to get Antibiotic medicine .Today she could not walk around because she got left leg problem ( she do not want touch ground on the left leg ). Does ear infection cause the ground because of this she could not move around.
