Can Eczema Be Treated By Ayurvedic Treatment?

Doctor...can eczema treated in ayurveda? Am giving my four yr child medicines prescribed by kottakal arya vaidya salai.rashes increased compared to medicines and steroid cream taken before By allopathic. ..pls suggest.. I am totally confused. This doctor s saying that the medicines will purify the blood hence it happens. Is it true? I still doubt whether it s eczema? I matched the symptoms ..sorry pls some one advise me. It s looking very bad after i take this medicine. What should I do?
