Can Either Omnaris Nasal Spray Or Cetirizine Hydrochloride Cause Drowsiness?

Hi Doc I was wondering if either one of the Omnaris Nasal Spray & Cetirizine Hydrochloride 20 mg (Bedtime only). can cause drowsiness? My Family Doctor prescribed, I can t remember or recall if he told me either Cetirizine Hydrochloride 20 mg and Omnaris Nasal Spray can cause drowsiness throughout the day. Also my next is the same and exact also can the Cetirizine Hydrochloride 20 mg which I take (Bedtime) only. Could it be 24 hours affect? Thank you for your time - James
