Can Elevated Bilirubin Level Cause Head And Body Ache?

My son has a minimal rise in his bilirubin, all other blood work are normal, but he is cconstantly complaining about pain. So far the pain occurs on his knees, legs, arms, hands, neck, chest, upper abdominal, & headaches. Can such a minimal rise of bilirubin cause these pains?
