Can Elevated Liver Enzymes And WBC Cause Vomiting, Diarrhea And Dark Urine?

Hello I was in hospital yesterday been throwing and dieahre since mon 1 am. Had a really bad pain throw my back middle of chest I had to go to er to painful pain relieved after I threw up. My liver enzymes are elevated, white cell count a little elevated. Day before my dr have me a prednisone shot in his office and now I have dark urine. Just wondering what is going on a
