Can Emergency Contraceptive Pill Be Taken In Suspected Pregnancy?

i had my period on April 2nd and it ended on april 5 i had sex on april 10 we didnt use protections and i got back my perion on april 16th ended on 4/19 it never happened to me having 2 time my period in same month now im not sure when i should expect my next period for this month or if i got pregnat. also i had sex this morning the condom was left inside i took it right away can i take the next day pill or should i do a pregnacy test to see if im not pregnant from last month
