Can Endometriosis, Anemia, And Skin Changes Affect Pregnancy?

I ve been diagnosed with endometriosis and yet to discover i have anemia around February due to losing a lot of blood through menstrual clots and I have been treated. Later on my skin changed I m now pregnant and recently tested to be Hiv positive but I m confused because my partner is negative.
