Can Endoscopy Causes Peeling Dry Acne On Face?

I am 50 and underwent an endoscopy a couple of weeks ago. I have subsequently developed a peeling dry red acne breakout on my face along the sides of my nose and down around my mouth. I do battle with some acne breakouts related to HRT but not like this. Could it have been caused by the endoscopy? Thanks
